Overseas orders by credit card or any other payment will use the exchange rate on the day they are charged, which might vary from the exchange rate on the day of order.
The prices obtained in currencies other than US dollars by using the built-in currency converter are to be used as general guidelines only and can vary to the actual exchange rate used on the day of charging the order.
Your credit card provider may charge fees on top of your payment for foreign exchange rates or otherwise.

If you are unhappy for any reason about a particular purchase, we have a 30 Day full (cost of goods only, not postage) store credit, repair or replace guarantee, valid from the date of dispatch from our store.
To arrange a return please contact us via the Contact Us page and one of the team will arrange the return for you.
Postage cost for the original sending of the package for the return of the goods to Didgeridoos.com remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser agrees to pay for the freight of any goods to or from Didgeridoos.com under this guarantee. The purchaser agrees to contact Didgeridoos.com before returning goods under this warranty to receive a return authorisation.
*This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, misuse, abuse or accident.
*All goods must be in a saleable, as new condition.

SHIPPING, FREIGHT AND INSURANCE
Are there any extra costs?
There are no hidden or additional costs for frieght around the US. What you pay when you order is the total cost of the postage of your goods from us to your door.
Purchasers outside the US may be subject to local import taxes. These vary by country so we cannot provide country specific advise on your case.
Can I track my order?
All packages sent through have a tracking number. We will email you your tracking number your your package has been dispatched.
Tracking may not be available on smaller items such as CD’s and accessories and digital goods.
Can you ship my order to a post box?
No, all goods need to ship to a street address and will require a signature upon delivery.
How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
We will dispatch your order within 2 working days, usually same day. Our speedy team will have it packed, wrapped and ready to go as fast as we can. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. (Only for available products)
How long will it take to arrive?
1. Didgeridoos & Larger orders can take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on your location. Because didgeridoos are larger items they often go by off-peak or road freight.
2. Smaller, lighter items such as Didgeridoo Beeswax are generally faster and typically arrive in 1-4 business days.
Is my order insured?
Yes, all orders shipped are fully insured against loss or damage.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT AND INSURANCE
Are there any extra costs?
Countries sometimes apply import tax on goods imported. Through our experience and knowledge of shipping didgeridoos and accessories worldwide, we take every step possible to prevent this happening or minimize the taxes if they are charged. If customs apply taxes to the imported products, these taxes are payable by the receiver.
Can I track my order?
All packages sent are traceable, from the moment they are logged in the computer at pickup, to the moment your order arrives to your door. We email you your tracking number once dispatched.
Can you ship my order to a post box?
No, all goods need to ship to a street address and will require a signature upon delivery.
How long after I place my order will it be shipped?

What are your shipping charges?
The shipping charges are based upon the weight of the items you order. This is all calculated automatically for you in our shopping cart.
We use a number of different providers and we choose the most economical method depending on what you order. You can see the shipping cost in the shopping cart under the items that you have ordered. Simply enter in your shipping address and the amount is calculated and displayed. The shipping amount will change depending on what products you have in the shopping cart.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES AND CHARGES
We have sent thousands of fantastic Didgeridoos and items internationally since 2002. In that time we have discovered that customs (importation duty) laws – and the application of these regulations – varies widely from country to country, state to state – even from time to time.
Most of our customers have not been required to pay customs or importation duty of any kind.
Our product range is generally classified as “indigenous handicrafts” or similar, under most countries customs laws, which generally attract no or little taxes, duties or charges.
If you are asked to pay importation duty, you may be able to appeal and have the classification/ruling changed by pointing out the nature of the goods. This process, any associated costs and the outcomes remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Didgeridoos.com does not accept responsibility for payment of any customs duties, charges or taxes should it be levied in the customer’s country.
If applicable, the customer is fully responsible for payment of any locally imposed importation duties, taxes and charges.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Considerable care has been taken with the preparation of all information and prices on this site, Didgeridoos.com will not be held responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or any information given.
In the event that a www.Didgeridoos.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.Didgeridoos.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.Didgeridoos.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.Didgeridoos.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
ONLINE ORDERS
Once you have placed your order through our website, you will get an automatic email confirmation containing the full order details.
We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 working days, once full payment is received.
We will email you once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your order tracking details if applicable.
If there will be a delay in shipping your order, or if the item(s) you ordered are not available, we will notify you by email within 2 working days.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If the wrong item is sent or there is an item missing from your order, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you free of charge. The cost of returning any wrongly sent items are also our responsibility. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. You are required to keep all boxes and packaging for possible inspection by the freight company. Details of the damage will be taken and the claim processed between Didgeridoos.com and the shipping company.
It is our responsibility to replace the damaged item free of charge. if a suitable replacement can’t be found, your purchase amount for this item and shipping will be refunded to you.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Item is too big for a P.O. box
Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.
Incorrect Address.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. Other Address Problems.
If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the goods or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.
Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make two attempts to deliver a package. Packages will always require a signature; If no one is present to accept the delivery after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient.
If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
