If you have a problem with a product or order please contact us using the form on this page. Products come with a 12 month warranty and faulty product will be replaced free of charge. In the case where a replacement or equivalent replacement is not available we may refund your order instead.
We do not provide refunds or returns if you have simply changed your mind or don’t like the product so please choose carefully.
Most products ship FREE! Check the product itself for free shipping availability. If in doubt, put your items in your shopping cart and enter your address and the system will confirm shipping costs for you.
We accept Payment, Visa, Mastercard and Amex – our credit card processor is Stripe.
Generally anywhere from 2-7 business days but in some cases might be slightly longer. Didgeridoos are physically a large item and may ship by road or “offpeak” services. Generally if you’re in a rural or remote area shipping will take slightly longer.
No credit card details are stored in the website. All payment processing is provided by Stripe and Paypal.
Once you order you’ll get a confirmation email from the website. Your order will then go into our picking, packing and shipping queue and usually will ship within 1 business day or so. You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Yes you’ll get a confirmation email with your order which is effectively your order invoice.
